Ultra Sensitive lynred sensor
The 640×480, <25 mK thermal sensor within the Pulsar Merger LRF thermal binoculars enables reliable identification of targets. Highlighting their anatomical features, including minute details of the surrounding landscape. With exceptional ability to capture minimal temperature differences in heavy rain, fog, and conditions where thermal contrast is low.
THE PINNACLE OF THERMAL TECHNOLOGY
The Pulsar Merger LRF thermal binoculars are designed with premium grade magnesium alloy. Dual HD OLED eye displays deliver sharp vivid detail. Coupled with a fast F1.0 lens system and <25mk sensor provide the ultimate in sensitivity.
PULSAR MERGER LRF
The Pulsar Merger LRF binoculars encompass the wide view of human sight and vision. The visual information is processed through two displays simultaneously , in addition reducing eye fatigue and providing an immersive allround view. This means better image detection and performance to pick up the finest of details.
Understanding the target distance is an essential factor in making the right decisions. The Pulsar Merger features a built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1 kilometre allows you to measure distances in single measurements and continuous scanning modes.
<25mK Provides ultimate thermal imagery
A high sensitivity sensor with < 25 mK NETD captures minimal temperature differences when observing in conditions of low temperature contrast. The 640×480 pixel resolution ensures reliable identification of the target and high-quality detail of important features of the animal plus surrounding landscape.
The Merger LRF is powered with two rechargeable batteries: one built-in with a capacity of 4 Ah, the other replaceable with a capacity of 3.2 Ah. As a result, a single charge guarantees up to 10 hours of battery life.
EXTREME SENSITIVITY
The Pulsar Merger LRF thermal imaging binoculars are equipped with advanced image processing software. This allows the Merger to excel under different weather conditions and the harshest of environments. Equally important are the Merger LRF AMOLED eyepieces, the user receives a new level of clear and noise-free imaging, with increased object details and improved contrast.
Upto 10hrs of battery life
Overall ultimate detection is achieved with the fast lens of the Merger LRF F1.0 thermal imager in combination with the highly sensitive thermal sensor. The Pulsar Merger LRF gives users the best quality, most detailed & high-contrast imagery every time, even during rain, fog and high humidity.

Comfortable Viewing
With an adjustable interpupillary distance of 56-71mm, the Pulsar Merger LRF XP50 allows for a reduction in eye strain experienced when receiving visual information through two separate channels simultaneously. Offering a better performance in low contrast scenarios than would be experienced whilst using a single-channel thermal monocular.
Fast Aperture F50/1.0 Germanium Lens
Combining the sensitive thermal sensor with the Merger LRF XP50’s fast F1.0 germanium lens achieves the ultimate detection efficiency. Hence the Merger provides excellent quality, detailed, and high-contrast informative imagery, regardless of fog, rain.

An amazing thermal imager, superb detail and easy to identify different species at a considerable distance. Also picks up animals and birds through shrubs and vegetation. Excellent service from Blackwoodoutdoors, the Merger arrived the day after I made the order. The Merger LRF XP50 is expensive but worth saving for.

Was cautious about buying as worried about “white eye” when walking in dark. Is a factor but not an issue. Delighted with them. 1st night out my oppo wouldnt let me have them!!
read instructions about adjusting eyepieces cos they DONT bend like binos, a few mates have tried to bend them 🙂
rangefinder is really useful too especially in scan. doesnt hit small objects on flat fields but thats asking a lot
my only down is that the eye guides spin and when the binos rest on your chest they move so Ive poked myself in the eye a few times raising them back to my eyes in the dark. (learned my lesson now). Could also do with an eyepiece cover for when its wet
Fantastic kit though and image better than by helion 2 pro. screen seems huge when viewing so clarity is excellent. can easily see a whole hares features at 400-500m no longer guessing by movement

All I can say is AMAZING bit of equipment that has made not only my night work a pleasure and ease to do but has started a new hobby of nighttime wildlife watching an experience I thought I would never get. The binoculars are so clear, and the video feature is brilliant for not only work but to video animals and their nocturnal natural behaviour that you would not see during daytime hours. I have many hours of footage of both work and play. Thank you Blackwood Outdoors for your impeccable service I will definitely being doing business with you again. Many thanks.

Absolutely stunning piece of kit, the image clarity over the older Helion and Accolade units I’ve previously used is amazing. Viewing animals on damp and humid nights is no longer a guess at what it is, these show so much more detail to allow positive quarry identification. A big thank you to Blackwood Outdoors for the great service as always and for keeping me up to date with stocking and shipping details.
