H&N .25 Slug Specifications

  • Calibre: .25 / 6.35 mm
  • Diameter options: .249 and .250
  • Weight options: 28 gr, 30 gr, 32 gr, 34 gr and 36gr
  • Packaging: Standard H&N screw-on tin with 120 pcs.
  • BC: 0.096

Minimum muzzle energy should be 25 Joules but we recommend a muzzle energy of 40 – 60 Joules for good results. Barrels with a shorter twist rate and specifically made for Slugs produce significantly better results. All pellets get visually inspected, hand packed and secured for transport with pads made of foam.

    Have to say I have tried the 30/32/34/36/38s slugs & they are superb. Well made & consistent. Add to that they are not fussy about tuning. I have one tune in my Impact MK2 & all the weights work perfectly by only adjusting the power wheel. For me they all work beyond 150yds. If you haven’t tried, do so & you should be pleasantly surprised.
